So after spending all morning putting the beast together, it's ALIVEEEEEEE! It's currently installing windows. Only things so far is that the power led isn't lighting up on the case (probably just plugged it in backwards on accident, will have to look at that), and the cpu temps seemed a little high. They were like 40C in the bios which seems high, we'll have to see how it is once everything is installed and running as it should. Bios may need to be updated too but I don't know yet.
Edit: Now that windows is installed it looks like the cpu is idling at 27C. Sweet! Now if only I can coax my old usb wireless network thingy to work. It works, except it's very very very slow even though it says 54mbps. It was sometimes doing that with my old computer too.. It may be dying. I've had terrible luck with wireless network access on windows.
Edit2: USB wireless adapter is definitely fubar.. oh well, ordered a new pci card for the computer. Been updating and testing this thing all day, and I'm very impressed with it. It can be absolutely silent at idle and barely audible with the cpu fan at max. Overclocked it to 4.4 by setting the max multiplier to x44, and left the vcore on auto. Set the smart fan target to 60C and let it go. It maintains it no problem at load. Been stress testing for a while and it's totally stable so far. It's almost insulting to me how easy it was to overclock this thing, complete child's play. I didn't even have to go into the bios (thank you UEFI).

Lack of standard MicroUSB port means having to rely on Apple cabling - forget the cable and you're hosed if no one else has one.
I know more people who have Apple iPod/iPhone/iPad cables than MicroUSB cables. Hell, I see knockoff Apple cables for sale all the time at service stations. Most people couldn't care less if the iPhone has a MicroUSB port.

If I ever get an iPhone again, I will never, ever update the software until waiting a couple months and finding out if it's causing problems for people. When Apple released their 3.0 iOS, it made my iPhone 2G so laggy that it pretty much broke the phone.

This is another reason why I will likely just transfer my number to Google Voice for $20 + cancellation fees without losing my number. Currently my cost would be about $100 total for the change on top of a contract price of $299 (for 32GB model), so $399 instead of $549.

Thanks, Huntn. Good post. Here are my thoughts on your ideas:
There is a long term move to dismantle government social programs and who needs the truth when we can lie? You know we can't afford you social program and your school because we have these billion, thats B-I-L-L-I-O-N dollar bombers that need building.
This is all very simplistic, but here goes:
1. Reform Health care- one illness from bankruptcy is not acceptable for a developed country. Health care should have never been turned into a profit machine along the same lines that you don't want your police and firemen as for-profit enterprises. The larger the pool the smaller the costs.

Providing health services and goods has always been a for-profit enterprise. This is exactly what has lead to the amazing growth in medical technology in the past 100 years.
2. Cut programs before lowering taxes especially on the rich- you can't balance a budget if you have no income. If you must lower taxes, you must first cut the programs and deal with the popular unrest before cutting any taxes. This is exactly what the champion of the Republican Party did not do- Reagan, he cut taxes but not programs and this country ran the first substantial deficits since WWII.
I tend to agree. Cut programs until our expenses match our current 'revenues.' When the two are equal or are in the black, let's immediately pass an balanged-budget amendment so this problem never happens again.
3. Progressive Tax policies are a must- The rich are rich. Make them pay their fair share. They can afford it. Cutting their taxes to create jobs is mostly a conservative smoke screen to **** over average citizens.
For the record, they are paying their fair share. The top 50% of wage earners pay over 95% of the income tax. Your disgusting attack on all conservatives wanting to '****' over all citizens is just that... disgusting.
4. Stop allowing the Exportation of Jobs- If you want to keep a standard of living. Lowering the standard of living reduces income and tax revenues.
How? Trade embargo's? Certainly you understand that increasing taxation on the wealthy and corporations certainly won't help.
5. Enact policies that support a strong Middle Class- instead of wiping it out for the sake of the rich. A strong middle class powers the economy.

6. Search High and Low for Corruption- No system will work if it's corrupt. Submitting thousands of fradulent Medicare claims is hurting us.

My dotmac is set to expire.
I will renew if Apple foots the bill again.
A couple of years ago they inadvertently deleted all my webpages and so when they were writing to goad me into renewing I said why should I? You deleted my webpages. So they gave me a complimentary year.
Then last year I paid for it again but they deleted a lot of my messages with an overly aggressive server-side spam filter. Plus they've been plagued with e-mail outages this last year.
I will call customer service. If they pay for it, I'll continue. If not, then I'll have a hard time justifying the expense.
Everyone's been plagued by the same email outages...why should you expect special treatment?

Once again, I am not siding with the seller. His selling privileges will be rightfully revoked. He clearly violated eBay's terms of service.

What percentage of iPhone users are on Verizon (world wide)? Serious question, because I don't see how Verizon getting the iPhone 4 has anything to do with an iPhone 5 release date. I really doubt 4g will be coming with the next iPhone. Everyone seems to think Verizon and its customers have some sort of power over apple. Wasn't an issue for the rest of the world and all the carriers and customers that got iPhones mid-cycle between the 3GS and 4.

That release could easily have been guided through strategic corporate planning... for LTE... for Verizon... for market saturation & adoption... there are a lot of variables to think about.
More importantly, why do you think it doesn't? We are talking about LTE, and its adoption throughout a given marketplace.
In the U.S., 4G is not adopted entirely, and I am talking about true 4G. Verizon will be the first network. Sprint does not have 4G data capabilities, it is a mere marketing ploy - they have WiMax. AT&T will be the network to follow suit behind Verizon with a strong network of LTE. And then, if you get into countries, and their adoption(s) of LTE, then you are even more focused on your marketplace, and all the variable costs within production & sales.
